God has given each of us unique gifts and abilities, and there are many ways to serve within our church and community. If you are interested in volunteering, we would love to help you find a place where your gifts can be used to glorify God and serve others.

SERVING OPPORTUNITIES
Below are some of the ways you can serve at The Kings Promise Ministries. Each role plays an important part in supporting our church family and community. No matter your experience level, there is a place for you.
Kids Ministry
This ministry supports children and families by providing safe and engaging environments during service.
Nursery volunteers help with childcare during service, cleaning up and restocking supplies, and assisting with volunteer scheduling.
Kids Ages 4 to 12 volunteers support teaching or assisting in classes, cleaning up and restocking supplies, and helping with classroom activities.

Welcome Team
This ministry creates a warm, welcoming first impression for everyone who enters the church. Volunteers greet guests as they arrive, assist new visitors with resources and questions, help families with children know where to go, and provide guidance and support throughout the service.
Worship Team
This ministry serves the church by leading worship through music during services. Opportunities include singing or playing an instrument, practicing regularly with the worship team, and auditioning to join the team.

Community Care Outreach Ministry
This ministry focuses on identifying and meeting needs within the local community. Volunteers help identify areas in the community that need support, plan and schedule outreach events, coordinate volunteers and supplies, and assist with logistics and cost planning.
Food Pantry Outreach Ministry
This ministry serves the community by helping provide food and meals to those in need. Volunteers assist with collecting food for distribution, organizing and participating in cooking days, coordinating meal preparation, and supporting food distribution and pantry logistics.
Administrative & Operations
This ministry supports the organization and planning that keeps the church running smoothly behind the scenes. Volunteers help with scheduling and calendar oversight, volunteer coordination, internal communication and follow ups, systems organization, and event planning.
Readiness and Setup Team
This ministry ensures each service is prepared and running smoothly. Volunteers help set up spaces and materials before service, assist other ministries as needed, prepare supplies, make copies, and check equipment to fill in any gaps.
Digital Creators
This ministry helps share what God is doing through technology and online platforms. Volunteers assist with running audio and visual systems, livestreaming and recording services, supporting social media platforms, and helping with website updates.
Events Team
This ministry supports the planning, coordination, and execution of church events. Volunteers help organize and support both internal church events and external events hosted by the church for the community. This role does not involve planning or coordinating community outreach efforts, but focuses on events such as church gatherings, seasonal events, and special activities designed to bring people together. Volunteers assist with logistics, setup and teardown, scheduling, and supporting event flow to ensure each event runs smoothly.
Vacation Bible School (VBS)
This ministry serves children and families through Vacation Bible School and other seasonal programs. Volunteers help create a fun, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn about Jesus through activities, lessons, games, and teamwork. Serving with VBS is a great opportunity to support kids, assist leaders, and be part of an impactful outreach experience for our church and community.

Our church is excited to offer Neighbor Help Days, a community care outreach designed to serve our neighbors through practical acts of care. If you or someone in your household could use assistance, please complete the form below.

What to Know Before Submitting
Neighbor Help Days are currently scheduled one Sunday every other month. Requests are reviewed by our outreach team, and assistance is based on volunteer availability and the scope of the request. Submitting a request does not guarantee service, but we will do our best to help or follow up with you.
